Doran’s 2200G Grading Scale system provides outstanding features, performance and capabilities. User programmable grade settings give the ultimate flexibility for any grading application.
Designed to meet the demands of seafood, poultry and meat processing, the Doran 2200G provides a large, easy to read visual grade and weight indication and can easily interface with visual or audible alarms to help operators quickly determine the product grade.
The Doran 2200G provides outstanding communication capabilities. Weight, product ID, grading information and other scale information may be transmitted via the two standard RS-232 Com Ports. Data can also be transferred via one of the optional communication modes, including: Wired Ethernet, Wireless Ethernet, 4-20ma, Modbus TCP, USB, and Fiber Optic.
Advanced Communications and Control
Connect, control, and communicate to any device or computer with the two standard RS-232 ports, eight standard outputs, two standard inputs, or a wide range of communication options. Connect with our wired Ethernet, Wireless Ethernet, Modbus/TCP, USB, 4-20mA, RS-485 or Fiber Optic options. Control your process with our optional relays that can be mounted inside the enclosure to provide a turnkey solution. Communicate with the flexible and user definable data strings to include tare, product ID and time and date. Send your custom data to a barcode label printer or download it directly to an Excel spreadsheet using Doran’s optional Excelerator Data Collection Program.

Superior washdown protection has been engineered into the Model 2200G Grading Scale Digital Weight Indicator. From the heavy gauge stainless steel to the innovative gasket design, the 2200 meets the NEMA4X and IP69K classification for washdown protection.
